Trystan Sarrade

I'm a motivated engineer, driven by curiosity, now specialized in designing AI products and autonomous multi-agent systems. What I care about most is having real impact on the ecosystems and organizations I'm part of.

My career started as an Ops at a learning-center company, where I grew my engineering skills as an autodidact. I then moved into the world of full-stack development and SaaS, and have been building products there ever since.

What I've learned is that the engineers who can hold both ends in their head at once, the engineering side and the product-and-customer side, are the ones who truly make a difference. Today I put that double vision to work for AI: not demos, but agentic systems that run real business tasks in production and free up teams.

I hold a BAC+5 as a digital director and am currently completing an engineering master's at CNAM through a prior learning assessment (VAE).

What I write about

The threads I keep returning to: designing agents and multi-agent systems, automating business workflows, AI-augmented software engineering, and the economics of running infrastructure that holds up outside of a hyperscaler.
